Foxhole Therapeutic Services was founded in Moncton, NB, in the fall of 2022, with a mission to serve the people of New Brunswick through both online and in-person therapy and counselling. Our focus is on providing personalized care that empowers clients to overcome the challenges they face and build confidence in themselves.

In addition to general mental health support, Foxhole offers specialized services, including Substance Use Assessments and Court-mandated Anger Management treatment, ensuring that clients receive the specific care they need in any situation.

Joss Santerre, BSW, RSW, CAMS-II

Joss Santerre is the owner and lead counsellor at Foxhole Therapeutic Services. With nearly 10 years of experience as a registered social worker in New Brunswick, Joss has helped over 500 individuals in various settings, including detox centres, methadone clinics, mental health centres, and hospitals.

What makes Joss unique is his flexible therapy approach. In addition to traditional office or online sessions, he offers Walk & Talk therapy on local trails, golf courses, or basketball courts, meeting clients where they feel most at ease.

Joss holds a bachelor’s degree in social work and a certification from the National Anger Management Association. His integrative method combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other approaches. Known for his ability to create strong connections, Joss tailors therapy to each client’s needs, helping them explore their thoughts and achieve meaningful results.

Melissa DeLuca-Allain, BSW, RSW

Melissa DeLuca-Allain graduated from Université de Moncton in 2019 and quickly demonstrated her strong skills in public speaking, coaching, and education. However, her true passion lies in working closely with individuals. Melissa gained valuable counseling experience while working at the field of Addiction and Mental Health.

Melissa is dedicated to continuous learning and expanding her knowledge. She is known for her kindness, compassion, and her ability to connect with others on a personal level. Melissa is fluent in English and French, and she is committed to helping clients in her community achieve their mental health goals through supportive and personalized counseling.

Rachel Palmer, BSW, RSW

Rachel Palmer earned her Social Work Bachelor's degree from St. Thomas University in 2020. She is passionate about supporting children and teens through challenges like anxiety, depression, and difficulties at home or school. Rachel creates a warm, safe space where young clients can explore their feelings with trust and comfort.

In addition to working with children and teens, Rachel also supports adults facing a range of mental health challenges. She specializes in Play Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with experience in Somatic and Narrative Therapies to help clients process trauma and heal.

Breanna Grace Nandi, BSW, RSW

Breanna Nandi earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Dalhousie University in 2021. She is passionate about helping teens, individuals, families, and couples navigate challenges like chronic illness, pain, and ongoing mental health struggles. Breanna provides a supportive and safe space where clients can feel comfortable exploring their feelings and working toward wellness.

Breanna has a special focus on complex trauma and uses a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She also draws on strength-based counseling to help those dealing with chronic pain or illness reduce the impact of symptoms and reclaim their sense of purpose and joy.
